NMN is a precursor of NAD+, a molecule every cell uses to produce energy and run repair enzymes, and one that declines with age. Supplementing NMN reliably raises blood NAD+ in humans. Everything past that sentence is where honesty is required, so each claim below carries its evidence grade.
