Delivery starts the 60-day clock
Per the seller's refund page, read Sep 2, 2026: the 60 days run "starting with the day the order has been delivered to you", and the shipping page says the same, that the warranty period starts from the moment of delivery.
To claim it: email support with "Refund Request" in the subject, then send all the bottles back "no matter if they are empty or not", with the packing slip and a note with your name and email, to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278.
