Five legends, one product name, and not one number. The band names a heat function and a vibration function.

The word EMS does not appear on the carton the seller publishes.

It appears in the brand name, in the network listing, in the checkout copy and in the packing list.

The product page describes warming heat, a massaging feature and gentle compression.

It never says EMS at all.

A heated, vibrating neoprene wrap is a normal thing to sell. Electrical muscle stimulation is a different thing to sell.

No frequency, current, pulse width, wattage, capacity or temperature range is published.

Nothing on the seller's side settles which one is in the box.

The massager is sold as a single purchase, not as a subscription.

That places it under the Standard Return Policy, which is section 10.

Section 10 takes back goods that are still sealed. You cannot find out whether a foot massager suits you without opening it.
