Three things to plan for. You pay the return shipping, and any shipping NovaaLab absorbed comes off your payout. The refund is decided after the item is inspected at the warehouse, with a notice of "approval or rejection". And the clock runs from the purchase date, not delivery, so with up to five business days to dispatch and 4 to 7 business days in transit, up to 12 business days or about two and a half calendar weeks, you should count on roughly 43 usable days, not 60.

Is the 3-year warranty included in the price?

No. The badge above the buy button says "up to 3 year warranty", and the product page explains the real terms: "our devices include a 1-year warranty with the option to extend for an additional 2 years". The extension is a separate cart item called "All-Inclusive 3-Year Warranty", priced from $18.89 to $100.00 depending on the variant.

Two other optional cart items exist on the same store: VIP Shipping Protection, $0.00 to $45.58, and ProtectMyOrder, from $0.79. We did not complete a checkout, so read each line in your cart before paying.

How long is a session, and how often?

NovaaLab publishes its own protocol on the product page: "limiting sessions to 10-20 minutes per area, 3-5 times a week". A second line on the same page allows "once or twice per day, with each session lasting between 5 to 20 minutes". Both are the brand's words, they are not the same ceiling, and the tighter one is the sensible place to start.
