Cholibrium review: four mushrooms at 266 mg each, a 266 mg blend of six more, 1,330 mg total per serving, and a 365-day guarantee ClickBank itself honors.

  • The Supplement Facts panel itemizes four mushrooms at 266 mg each, then folds six more into one 266 mg Proprietary Blend, for 1,330 mg per two-capsule serving
  • None of the six blended mushrooms carries an individual dose, and no line on the panel states a standardized potency for any ingredient
  • The order form we rendered on Sep 3, 2026 charges exactly $59.00 / $147.00 / $234.00, the same totals as the lander's own cards, with no shipping line at all

Is Cholibrium worth it?

Worth reading the panel for, not just the price.

Cholibrium's own two documents settle what's actually in the capsule.

Four mushrooms carry their own printed 266 mg each.

A fifth line, the Proprietary Blend, carries six more at one shared 266 mg total.

That's 1,330 mg per two-capsule serving, and every milligram of it is accounted for somewhere on the label.

None of it is hidden mass.

But six of the ten mushrooms were never weighed apart from each other.

Nothing on the panel states a standardized potency for any of them.

The checkout we rendered on September 3, 2026 charges exactly what the lander's own cards show.

$59.00, $147.00 or $234.00, no shipping line, no tax.

The order form itself, not just the brand, backs every order with a 365-day guarantee that takes bottles back empty.

Read the label the way we read it, then decide.

Reason 1The panel closes at 100%, and it says so twice

Four actives itemized at 266 mg each, plus a published blend total of 266 mg, equal 1,330 mg per serving.

Cross-checked against the brand's own HTML ingredient table: the same five doses.

Reason 2365 days, signed by the retailer of record

ClickBank's own order form promises the return or replacement of any product within 365 days of purchase.

The vendor's shipping policy accepts bottles back whether used, unused or empty.

Source: orders.clickbank.net order-form render + shipping-return policy, Sep 3, 2026.
Reason 3The price printed is the price charged, at all three tiers

Subtotal equals total at $59.00, $147.00 and $234.00; Tax reads $0.00 on all three.

Only two boxes are ever pre-ticked, and neither adds a charge or a subscription.

What's Already on the Table

Before The Tray That Was Never Separated below, the parts of this funnel that check out, printed as facts because they held up.

  • The Supplement Facts panel accounts for 100% of the 1,330 mg per serving: four itemized actives plus the blend's own published total, no undeclared vitamin or mineral.
  • No shipping line appears in any of the three tiers; subtotal equals total at $59.00 / $147.00 / $234.00, and Tax reads $0.00 on all three.
  • The only two boxes ever pre-ticked are the "Credit Card" payment radio and "Billing same as Shipping"; no upsell, SMS or subscription box is pre-checked.
  • The 365-day guarantee is printed on ClickBank's own order form, honored by the retailer of record, and the brand's own shipping-return policy accepts bottles back "whether used, unused or empty."
  • No auto-billing anywhere: this is a one-time purchase, matching the lander's own "No auto billing" line.
  • The word "cholesterol" never appears on the bottle itself; the printed claims are "Supports a Healthy Heart" and "Aids in Wellness and Vitality," both carrying the standard DSHEA asterisk.
  • The product itself predates its ClickBank listing by more than four years, live on the brand's own store since January 2022, inside a house with ten-plus other supplements and a staffed phone line.

Who Cholibrium is a good fit for

Perfect for you, if you

  • want a mushroom-blend heart-and-vitality supplement whose label states every milligram of its four main actives and the total of its six-species blend
  • are comfortable with a proprietary blend whose six shared components have no individual dose or standardization published
  • want a one-time purchase with no subscription, free shipping already folded into the price, and totals that match the checkout to the cent
  • want a 365-day return window that takes bottles back even after they're empty

Think twice, if you

  • need the exact milligram of any of the six blended mushrooms (Maitake, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Royal Sun Agaricus, White Button, Wood Ear) before buying: none is published individually
  • are looking to replace a doctor-prescribed statin: this page, the label and the lander's own hedged language never suggest that, and neither should you without medical guidance

The Tray That Was Never Separated

Six of Cholibrium's ten mushrooms share one line on the panel: "Proprietary Blend, 266 mg."

Maitake, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Royal Sun Agaricus, White Button and Wood Ear.

No individual dose is published for any of the six.

If that 266 mg were divided evenly across all six mushrooms, each would carry roughly 44.3 mg per serving.

The label never states that division.

We are not inventing one either; the "if" above is doing real work, not a claim.

A second, separate gap sits beside the first.

No line on the panel, for any of the ten mushrooms, states a standardized potency.

No percentage of beta-glucans, no extract ratio (such as a 10:1 concentration), no total polysaccharide count.

The panel accounts for mass. It does not account for strength.

That is the honest ceiling of this product, and it belongs on the page next to the favorable math above, not hidden from it.

The Word the Label Doesn't Use

Cholibrium's own bottle prints two claims, and neither one says "cholesterol."

Printed on the front of the bottle"Supports a Healthy Heart*"The asterisk points to the standard DSHEA disclaimer, printed in full in this page's footer.
Printed on the front of the bottle"Aids in Wellness and Vitality*"Same asterisk, same disclaimer. The word "cholesterol" does not appear anywhere on the label itself.

The sales letter, a separate document from the label, does use the word.

Only in a hedged, structure-function form:

"Cholibrium is designed to support healthy heart function and help maintain cholesterol levels already within a healthy range."

That phrasing is not an accident of marketing.

Structure-function claims for supplements are, by law, narrow.

They can only describe supporting a function already within a normal range.

Never treating, reducing or curing a diagnosed condition.

This page uses the same hedged register the lander uses, and no stronger one.

One thing this page states plainly.

Cholibrium is not, and should never be marketed as, a substitute for a doctor-prescribed statin.

Some of the vendor's own affiliate material suggests otherwise.

It aims this product at people looking for an alternative to their prescribed medication.

We decline that framing entirely.

Ask your doctor before starting, stopping or changing any medication.

Two Documents, One Capsule

Cholibrium's label image and the ingredient table the brand publishes on its own retail site describe the same product.

But they don't use identical wording.

Here is every difference we found, read on the same day.

Brand's own site table: mysimplepromise.com/products/cholibrium, read the same day.

The capsule-material difference is a real, material difference between two documents about the same product.

The rest of the differences are naming only.

Every dose, the capsule count and the servings per container match exactly between the two documents.

Totals confirmed a second time by rendering the ClickBank order form for each tier on September 3, 2026.

We do not repeat the seller's own struck-through list prices or its "You Save" figures as our own prices.

The brand's own retail store lists these same three totals as its own shelf price.

What the Card Is Charged: three steps, no video and no timer in front of them

  1. Step 1 · where the click leads

This button opens Cholibrium's own static sales letter, cb.cholibrium.com/go/lander.php.

Same page: the price grid, the FAQ, and the affiliate-attributed link, not a cart.

There is no video wall in front of it.

  2. Step 2 · what you actually pay

The three tiers total $59.00, $147.00 and $234.00.

Read on the ClickBank order form we rendered.

That matches the sales letter's own cards exactly.

Subtotal equals total on all three. Tax reads $0.00.

Two boxes arrive pre-ticked in every tier.

"Credit Card" payment, and "Billing same as Shipping."

    Neither adds a charge.

No order bump, no SMS box, no subscription toggle.

  3. Step 3 · what the statement says, and when the clock starts

Checkout is processed by ClickBank, not cb.cholibrium.com directly.

Your card statement will read CLKBANK*SP Cholibrium.

A 10-minute countdown timer and an exit-intent popup appear on the order form itself, not on the sales letter; nothing in the order actually expires in 10 minutes.

Prices read September 3, 2026 and can change.

A Year, and Who Signs It

The strongest of four documents, printed directly on ClickBank's own order form, the retailer of record:

"ClickBank will allow for the return or replacement of any product within 365 days from the date of purchase."

Cholibrium's own lander makes the same promise:

"100% Satisfaction 365 Money Back Guarantee: Your order today is protected by our 365 Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Cholibrium for any reason, let us know at any time within 365 days of your purchase and we'll refund every penny you paid. No questions asked."

The brand's own shipping and return policy adds the detail neither of the above states:

"If at any time you are not happy with the results, just send back your empty bottles within a year of your purchase and get 100% of your purchase price back. No questions asked."

To qualify, the policy requires:

  1. Return the bottles: whether used, unused or empty
  2. Mailed to Simple Promise Returns Centre, c/o SISK Fulfillment Service, 1900 Industrial Park Road, PO Box 463, Federalsburg, MD 21632
  3. A note inside the package with your Name and Order ID
  4. Contact the brand or call 1-800-259-9522 once the package is dropped off, to confirm the return
  5. Order and refund questions go to ClickBank, the retailer of record, at 1-800-390-6035; product questions go to Simple Promise at 1-800-259-9522

Cholibrium's Terms of Service are the weakest of the four documents.

They hedge this promise rather than restate it.

Certain products may be covered by a 365-day satisfaction guarantee.

Eligibility is governed by a separate Refund Policy.

Refunds may be refused where the seller detects abuse or excessive refund activity.

Return shipping is on you; the policy does not describe it as covered.

"No questions asked" does not mean "no return required."

All four documents ask for the bottles back.

The real timeline to a credited refund, added up from the policy's own numbers.

Transit time back to Maryland first.

Then up to 2 weeks for the brand to receive and process the return.

Then 10 to 14 business days for your bank or card issuer to release the funds.

Roughly 4 to 6 weeks after you mail the bottles, not "immediately" as one FAQ line claims.

One fact favors the buyer clearly.

Opened, empty and partially used bottles are accepted for the full refund.

That is more generous than a sealed-only policy, stated in writing on four separate documents.

Wellness Bench rule of thumb: on a proprietary blend, count what's separated before you count what's shared.

$59.00 total for 1 bottle · 365-day guarantee, signed by the retailer of record

Every question, honestly answered

How much of each mushroom does Cholibrium actually contain?

Four of the ten mushrooms carry their own printed dose.

Cordyceps Powder, Reishi Mushroom Extract, Shiitake Mushroom Extract and Lion's Mane.

Each lists 266 mg per two-capsule serving.

The other six share one line: Proprietary Blend, 266 mg.

Maitake, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Royal Sun Agaricus, White Button and Wood Ear.

That's 1,330 mg per serving, 665 mg per capsule, fully accounted for on the panel.

No individual dose is published for any of the six blended mushrooms.

Does Cholibrium lower cholesterol?

Cholibrium's own lander uses hedged, structure-function language.

It is designed "to support healthy heart function."

And to "help maintain cholesterol levels already within a healthy range."

The bottle's own printed claims go further in the other direction.

"Supports a Healthy Heart" and "Aids in Wellness and Vitality," both with the standard DSHEA asterisk.

The word "cholesterol" does not appear anywhere on the label itself.

No dietary supplement is approved to lower cholesterol.

None treats high cholesterol or prevents heart disease, and this page does not claim otherwise.

Can I take Cholibrium instead of my statin?

No.

Nothing on the label or the lander suggests replacing a prescribed medication.

This page does not either.

Some of the vendor's own promotional material for affiliates suggests otherwise.

It positions Cholibrium as an alternative to a prescribed cholesterol medication.

We do not use that framing anywhere on this page.

Talk to your doctor before starting, stopping or changing any medication, including a statin.

Is the six-mushroom blend standardized?

No.

The panel states a total weight for the six mushrooms in the Proprietary Blend: 266 mg.

No line states a percentage of beta-glucans.

No line states an extract ratio, or a total polysaccharide count, for any of them.

If the 266 mg were divided evenly across all six, each would carry roughly 44.3 mg.

The label never states that division, and we do not invent one.

The panel accounts for mass, not potency.

What is Cholibrium's refund policy?

365 days, printed on four separate documents.

ClickBank's own order form states:

"ClickBank will allow for the return or replacement of any product within 365 days from the date of purchase."

The vendor's shipping and return policy accepts bottles back "whether used, unused or empty."

It requires mailing them to a return center in Federalsburg, Maryland.

With your name and Order ID enclosed.

Return shipping is on you.

The real timeline to a credited refund runs roughly 4 to 6 weeks after you mail the bottles back.

Transit, up to 2 weeks of processing, then 10 to 14 business days for your bank to release the funds.

How much does Cholibrium actually cost at checkout?

Exactly what the lander's own price cards show.

One bottle totals $59.00.

Three bottles total $147.00, and six bottles total $234.00.

All read from the order form we rendered on September 3, 2026.

None of the three tiers carries a shipping line.

Tax reads $0.00 on all three.

The only two boxes ever pre-ticked are "Credit Card" and "Billing same as Shipping."

No upsell, SMS or subscription box is pre-checked.

Does Cholibrium have side effects, and is it safe?

No dietary supplement is FDA-approved; supplements are regulated under DSHEA.

Cholibrium's own materials carry the standard disclaimer that its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

The label's own warning states: "Do not exceed recommended serving size."

It instructs anyone pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition to consult a healthcare provider first.

The same goes for anyone taking medications, or with known allergies.

Mushrooms are a recognized allergen for some people.

Ask a doctor before starting, especially if you have a known reaction to mushrooms.

Is Cholibrium legit, and who actually sells it?

The product itself has been sold on the brand's own store since January 2022.

That's more than four years before its ClickBank listing, which opened April 14, 2026.

It sits inside a house of ten-plus other supplements with a staffed support phone line.

The site is operated by Simple Promise Pte. Ltd., a Singapore entity, per its own Terms of Service.

The Camas, Washington address printed on the lander is a mailing suite.

Not the contracting entity's registered address.

ClickBank, Click Sales Inc. of Boise, Idaho, is the retailer of record for every order.

It is the one that signs the 365-day guarantee on the order form itself.

Your card statement will read CLKBANK*SP Cholibrium.

Buy only through the order page this review links to.

Prints From Another Mushroom: what the funnel shows outside the label

One section, everything worth knowing before clicking, gathered in one neutral place.

Nothing here changes what's on the label or in the checkout; it's what surrounds them.

  • The lander's own reference list doesn't match its own claims. The numbered citations behind the lander's mushroom claims include material unrelated to mushrooms or cholesterol; the brand's own retail store uses a different, mushroom-focused bibliography for the same product. Two documents, two reading lists, one product.
  • The brand's own retail store goes further than the lander does. Away from ClickBank, on its own site, the brand uses more direct cardiovascular-risk language about some of these same mushrooms than the hedged lander ever does. None of that language appears anywhere on this page.
  • The affiliate tools page carries testimonials for a different product. Several signed testimonials on Cholibrium's own affiliate materials describe a weight-loss drop formula from the same company, not this capsule.
  • Some of the affiliate program's own suggested framing goes further than the lander. Promotional material offered to affiliates includes creative assets and an audience-targeting suggestion built around positioning this product as an alternative to a prescribed cholesterol medication. This page explicitly declines that framing; see The Word the Label Doesn't Use above.
  • The lander's struck-through reference price is never charged. Each tier shows a reference price beside the one actually charged; that reference figure does not match the brand's own retail-store price for the same three package sizes, which lists the same totals shown at checkout.
  • The only independent signal is about the house, not this product. A public review page for the brand carries 34 ratings in total, split at both ends: about 62% at one star and about 35% at five, with almost nothing in between, and the negative ones describe ordering and after-sale handling rather than the capsule. Too small and too brand-level to be a rating for Cholibrium, which is why no score, star or review count appears anywhere on this page; it is the reason the refund path that runs through ClickBank matters more here than the one that runs through the brand.

How we reviewed it

This is a research review, dated September 3, 2026.

We read Cholibrium's sales letter, its label image, and its shipping and return policy.

We also read its Terms of Service, its affiliate tools page and Promotion Terms, and the brand's own retail product page.

We rendered its order form for all three package tiers through the same attributed link.

  • We do not reproduce the affiliate program's own creative assets or suggested audience framing; none of that copy or positioning appears on this page.
  • We captured the checkout up to the order form and did not complete a purchase.
  • The two alternate video sales letters and the "Direct to Checkout" page the vendor's affiliate tools declare were not rendered; this review links to the same static text sales letter it read.
  • Nothing on this page describes Cholibrium as treating, lowering, curing or preventing any disease, including high cholesterol or heart disease; every claim on this page is structure/function language, the same register the vendor's own lander and label use.
  • No independently verified rating exists for this specific product; we print none, and no star or review-count chip appears near the price.
  • Prices, guarantee terms, and policies can change; the numbers here were read on September 3, 2026, and your exact total shows at the seller's checkout before you pay.
  • Nothing on this page is medical advice.

Four mushrooms weighed. Six sharing one line. 1,330 mg, all accounted for.

$59total for 1 bottle · 365-day guarantee, signed by the retailer of record

Cholibrium's own Supplement Facts panel accounts for 100% of its 1,330 mg two-capsule serving: four mushrooms, Cordyceps, Reishi, Shiitake and Lion's Mane, each carry their own printed 266 mg, and the other six, Maitake, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Royal Sun Agaricus, White Button and Wood Ear, are folded into one Proprietary Blend that publishes its own 266 mg total. Nothing on the panel is hidden mass, but nothing states a standardized potency for any of the ten either, and the six blended mushrooms have no individual dose. The word cholesterol never appears on the bottle itself; the printed claims are Supports a Healthy Heart and Aids in Wellness and Vitality, both carrying the standard DSHEA asterisk, and the lander's own claim stays in the same hedged register: help maintain cholesterol levels already within a healthy range. The order form we rendered on September 3, 2026 charges exactly what the lander's cards show, $59.00 for one bottle, $147.00 for three, $234.00 for six, with no shipping line and Tax at $0.00 on all three, backed by a 365-day guarantee printed on ClickBank's own order form, with the brand's own return policy taking bottles back whether used, unused or empty. 9.2/10 on our bench: count what was weighed apart before you count what shares a line.
