Free Soul declares the basis in Terms 12.3 and prints the clause in bold instead of burying it.
What we mark is the slogan sitting on top of it, not the clause itself.

Two gaps we will not paper over
- Caffeine with no milligram. Caffeine Anhydrous and Guarana Seed both sit in that list. The nutrition table publishes no caffeine figure, and the product page carries no caffeine notice: the word appears exactly once on it, inside the ingredients.
- 110 against 115 calories. The marketing block on the product page says 115 calories per serving. The nutrition table on the same page, the same day, says 462kJ / 110kcal per 30 g. Small, but it is one page contradicting itself.
If caffeine is a problem for you, ask Free Soul for the milligrams before you order.
We could not find that number published anywhere on the page, so we do not print one.
