Bioma's flagship Weight Loss & Gut Health formula names three real Bifidobacterium species (lactis, longum, breve) plus a branded Tributyrin postbiotic (CoreBiome) and a prebiotic fiber (XOS) on its own Supplement Facts label.
The catch: XOS is dosed at 100mg, 14 to 28 times below the two doses tested in the one real human trial we found on it (Finegold et al. 2014); the three Bifidobacterium species share one undosed 90mg blend with no CFU printed for any of them, while the one real trial we found on B. breve used a specific strain, patented per its manufacturer's own designation, at a stated CFU count (Minami et al. 2018); and CoreBiome tributyrin's best evidence is a 2025 gut-simulator study (Duysburgh et al.), not a human trial.
A 2018 meta-analysis of 15 randomized trials (Borgeraas et al.) found probiotics reduce body weight by an average of 0.60kg (95% CI -1.19 to -0.01kg), not the 10kg Bioma's direct checkout projects in its weight chart (the same chart shows in pounds, 80 to 65, on the landing page our own tracked link opens).
The checkout itself defaults to a Subscribe tab, confirmed in a real browser on September 1, 2026, governed by Terms of Service Section 6.5 and 6.6, which lock cancellation until the second charge and claw back the first-charge price break if you cancel early; a One-Time tab sits beside it at a higher price with no such lock.

The Sealed-Jar Rule: a real 14-day guarantee, with a lid you cannot break
The clock is 14 days from the date of delivery, not from the order, and a refund requires the bottle "unopened and in its original packaging and in a condition fit for resale", per the seller's own Terms, Section 7.1. A $9 return label is deducted from the refund, and if you are subscribed, only your very first shipment is refund-eligible at all: every renewal after it has no return window.

Bioma's checkout badge reads "14-Day Money-Back Guarantee."
Its own Terms of Service, Section 7, spell out exactly what that means, and it is narrower than the badge alone suggests.
"within 14 days from the date of delivery" and refund requires the product to be "a) unopened and in its original packaging and in a condition fit for resale or b) not as described or faulty"
In plain terms: the clock starts when your package arrives, not when you order, and a bottle you've opened and used doesn't qualify unless it arrived faulty or not as described.
If you're subscribed, there's a second narrowing worth knowing:
"refunds for products that are unopened... will only be issued for the initial purchase and not for recurring subscription goods"
Only your very first shipment is refund-eligible even if you never open it, and every renewal shipment after that has no return window at all.
To return: email Bioma within your 14-day window.
The company provides a prepaid shipping label; its own Terms state the label's $9 cost is "deducted from the final refund," and you have 14 days to ship it back using that label.
Once Bioma receives and inspects your return, its own Terms allow 10 to 30 business days to process the refund, plus "up to 14 working days" for it to appear on your statement: a real wait of potentially 4.8 to 8.8 weeks end to end, roughly a month at the fast end and pushing 2 months at the slow end.
One more option in the same Terms: accepting store credit instead of a cash refund.
It's valid for 6 months, and accepting it is described as an irrevocable waiver of your right to a monetary refund.

In plain terms: whatever you pay on your first charge (the grid below) is a reduced rate.
Cancel before your second charge lands, and Bioma's own Terms require you to pay back that price break, the difference between what you paid and the "regular price."
Wait for the second charge, and cancellation is free through self-service.

That regular price is not printed on the checkout screen itself, but it is printed twice elsewhere, and the two agree to the cent.
The checkout's own network payload carries a separate, unreduced price field for every plan, distinct from the reduced total you pay today; and the landing page our own tracked link opens (getbioma.com (plans page)) prints that same regular price as a struck-through per-bottle anchor next to every Subscribe tier.
Put together, here is the renewal exposure that creates, tier by tier:

The One-Time tab's own 6-month price ($216.97) might look like a reasonable guess at "regular price," but it undersells the real number by $175.07: Bioma's One-Time price and its Subscribe renewal price are two different numbers read from two different places, not proxies for each other.
Two more details worth knowing before your first charge.
First: if Bioma ever sells a companion app alongside the supplement, Section 6.5 states the app subscription and the supplement subscription "are managed separately and Client will need to cancel them separately," so cancelling one does not cancel the other.
Second: you can pause a subscription for up to 30 days (stopping it at least 72 hours before your next charge) or cancel outright through Bioma's self-service portal or by emailing hello@bioma.health, per Sections 6.7 and 6.8 and Bioma's own FAQ.
One more clause worth flagging: Sections 17.6 and 17.7 permit Bioma to contact you after purchase about special offers, including by phone and by "artificial intelligence (AI) voice agents," and authorize charging the card on file if you accept a reactivation offer during that call.

The label prints the probiotic line as one shared "Proprietary Probiotic Blend (Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium breve) 90mg"; there is no way to know the split between the three species, and no CFU (colony-forming unit) count is printed for the blend as a whole or for any species within it, the standard unit for measuring a probiotic dose.
The undosed blend, in plain terms: the one real trial we found on Bifidobacterium breve (Minami et al. 2018) used a specific strain, patented per its manufacturer Morinaga Milk Industry's own designation and called B-3, at a stated dose of 2x10^10 CFU per day.
Bioma's label states only the species name, Bifidobacterium breve, with no strain code and no CFU: the same species name, but not a verifiable match to that trial's actual product.
The CoreBiome tributyrin fares better on brand-matching, worse on humans: Duysburgh et al. (2025) tested tributyrin sold under the exact CoreBiome brand name on this label, the only one of our 4 citations with a brand-exact match.
But the study itself is a gut-simulator and cell-culture model (the SHIME system plus Caco-2/THP1 co-cultures), not a living human being, it doesn't report a milligram dose comparable to the label's 90mg, and it was funded by Compound Solutions Inc., the company that owns the CoreBiome brand it tested.
Zoomed out to the whole probiotic category: a 2018 meta-analysis of 15 randomized trials (957 people) found probiotics reduce body weight by an average of 0.60kg (95% CI -1.19 to -0.01kg), not the 10kg Bioma's own direct-checkout chart projects (shown in pounds, 80 to 65, on the landing our tracked link actually opens).

Bioma Probiotics is the flagship Weight Loss & Gut Health formula sold by UAB Bioma Health, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 306630090); the advertising network's own advertiser record lists it under the Kilo Health family of brands, a claim we could not independently confirm on Bioma's own site.
Karma Processing Incorporated, registered in Delaware, handles subscription billing, refunds and chargebacks, per Bioma's own Terms of Service.
The label lists Xylooligosaccharides (as iXOS, from Corn Cob), Tributyrin (as CoreBiome), and a Proprietary Probiotic Blend of three Bifidobacterium species (lactis, longum, breve), taken as two capsules a day with a full glass of water before breakfast.
It is a dietary supplement, not a drug: it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing here is medical advice.
What's in Bioma Probiotics, and does the label match the sales page?
Mostly, but with one real gap.
Bioma's own label (read from the "Show label" image on its product page) lists three ingredient lines: Xylooligosaccharides (as iXOS) at 100mg, Tributyrin (as CoreBiome) at 90mg, and a Proprietary Probiotic Blend at 90mg containing Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium breve, with genus and species named but no CFU count and no strain code for any of the three.
The one real human trial we found on XOS (Finegold et al. 2014) tested 1.4g and 2.8g per day, 14 to 28 times the label's 100mg.
The one real trial we found on B. breve (Minami et al. 2018) used a specific strain, patented per its manufacturer Morinaga's own designation (B-3), at 2x10^10 CFU per day, a different, unverifiable match to the generic species name on this label.

Does Bioma Probiotics help with weight loss?
We can't promise that, and no supplement label should.
Bioma's direct checkout personalizes a chart projecting a 10kg loss (the same chart shows in pounds, 80 to 65, on the landing page our own link on this page opens); that number is the seller's own marketing, not evidence, and its own site-wide disclaimer states exercise and a healthy diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss.
The best evidence we could find that is even loosely relevant is a 2018 meta-analysis of 15 randomized trials (957 people) on probiotics in general, which found an average body weight decrease of 0.60kg (95% CI -1.19 to -0.01kg), not 10kg.
Bioma's own FAQ states it takes 6 to 8 weeks for gut bacteria to fully colonize, and recommends taking it for at least 3 months; judging results after a few days isn't realistic by the seller's own timeline.

What is Bioma's cancellation policy?
Read word for word from Bioma's own Terms of Service, Section 6: subscriptions can only be canceled after the second subscription charge is made.
If you cancel before that second charge, Section 6.6 requires you to return the price break you were given, meaning you pay the difference between what you paid and the regular price.
Section 6.11.2 confirms the advertised price applies to your first charge only.
You can pause a subscription for up to 30 days (stopping it at least 72 hours before your next charge) or cancel through Bioma's self-service portal or by emailing hello@bioma.health, per Sections 6.7 and 6.8.

What is Bioma's refund and guarantee policy?
Real, but narrower than the checkout badge alone suggests.
Per Bioma's own Terms of Service, Section 7: you have 14 days from the date of delivery, and the bottle must be unopened, in its original packaging and in a condition fit for resale (or arrived not as described or faulty).
Bioma provides a prepaid return label; its own Terms state the label's $9 cost is deducted from the final refund.
If you're on a subscription, refunds for unopened products are issued only for your initial purchase, not for recurring subscription shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, Bioma's Terms allow 10 to 30 business days to process the refund, plus up to 14 working days for it to appear on your statement.
Store credit is also offered as an alternative, valid for 6 months; accepting it is described in the Terms as an irrevocable waiver of your right to a monetary refund.

What the record shows on Bioma
Bioma is not BBB accredited and carries a "not rated" status under review; we found no FTC action against it specifically, and no fabricated celebrity endorsement in the pages we checked.
Bioma is active on Trustpilot, and the dominant complaint pattern we found is billing and subscription related (unexpected renewal charges, refused refunds on opened bottles, the price break clawback for early cancellation, the $9 label fee), which lines up exactly with the Terms of Service clauses quoted word for word above, not with fake-storefront or non-delivery complaints.
Search results pairing Bioma's name with common complaint terms also surface generic doorway content recycling unaudited numbers; we don't repeat those figures on either side of the ledger.
Is Bioma the same as BIOHM?
No. They are two separate, unrelated companies that happen to have similar-sounding names.
