Bioma Probiotics is the flagship Weight Loss & Gut Health formula sold by UAB Bioma Health, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 306630090); the affiliate network's own advertiser record lists it under the Kilo Health family of brands, a claim we could not independently confirm on Bioma's own site. Karma Processing Incorporated, registered in Delaware, handles subscription billing, refunds and chargebacks, per Bioma's own Terms of Service. Bioma's own label (read from the "Show label" image on its product page) lists three ingredient lines: Xylooligosaccharides (as iXOS) at 100mg, Tributyrin (as CoreBiome) at 90mg, and a Proprietary Probiotic Blend at 90mg containing Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium breve, with genus and species named but no CFU count and no strain code for any of the three. The one real human trial we found on XOS (Finegold et al. 2014) tested 1.4g and 2.8g per day, 14 to 28 times the label's 100mg. The one real trial we found on B. breve (Minami et al. 2018) used a specific strain, patented per its manufacturer Morinaga's own designation (B-3), at 2x10^10 CFU per day, a different, unverifiable match to the generic species name on this label. We can't promise that, and no supplement label should. Bioma's direct checkout personalizes a chart projecting a 10kg loss (the same chart shows in pounds, 80 to 65, on the landing page our own affiliate link opens); that number is the seller's own marketing, not evidence, and its own site-wide disclaimer states exercise and a healthy diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss. The best evidence we could find that is even loosely relevant is a 2018 meta-analysis of 15 randomized trials (957 people) on probiotics in general, which found an average body weight reduction of 0.60kg (95% CI -1.19 to -0.01kg), not 10kg. Bioma's own FAQ states it takes 6 to 8 weeks for gut bacteria to fully colonize, and recommends taking it for at least 3 months; judging results after a few days isn't realistic by the seller's own timeline. Any weight-management plan is worth discussing with a doctor first.

Bioma is not BBB accredited and carries a "not rated" status under review; we found no FTC action against it specifically, and no fabricated celebrity endorsement in the pages we checked. Bioma is active on Trustpilot, and the dominant complaint pattern we found is billing and subscription related (unexpected renewal charges, refused refunds on opened bottles, the discount clawback for early cancellation, the $9 label fee), which lines up exactly with the Terms of Service clauses quoted word for word above, not with fake-storefront or non-delivery complaints. Search results for "Bioma scam" also surface generic doorway content recycling unaudited numbers; we don't repeat those figures on either side of the ledger.
