The maker's free-shipping banner is written for continental USA orders and narrowed by its own footnote to the lower 48 states, so from the United Kingdom you are quoted a shipping charge at the order form, and the guarantee page puts duties, taxes and tariffs on international customers. Give the form a street address rather than a P.O. box, since the maker says couriers will not deliver to one and airmail to a box arrives untracked in three to four weeks.
